Abby is a mission-driven creative with a specialty in nonprofit communications. Her current work is dedicated to amplifying community-based initiatives.
Over the past six years as a wear-many-hats communications professional, Abby has developed top-notch project management practices. She has relied on her organization skills to stay on top of concurrent projects: from executing a city-wide out-of-home advertising campaign, to planning cocktail events honoring donors and community partners.
Since 2015 she has grown to master a variety of Adobe creative apps, with particular expertise in Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop. To complement her creative talents, Abby earned a certificate in Brand Management through Cornell University’s College of Business in 2020. This education is helping her lead her organization through an exploratory rebrand, bringing strategy to every design decision.
Most recently in 2021, she engaged in a 6-month program on Anti-Racist Leadership to help bring this intentional practice to her work in the office and in the greater community. She approaches her community-driven work with sensitivity and a boundless capacity and interest to learn.
